1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and umb88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at umb88.net and all associated sub-domains and mobile applications (collectively, "the Platform").

umb88 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm Member eligibility. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible account are void and will not be paid out.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the umb88 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. umb88 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your umb88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify umb88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. umb88 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

umb88 reserves the right to require additional verification steps — including but not limited to identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation — before processing withdrawals or approving accounts for higher stake limits.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

The umb88 Platform operates a Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) denominated wallet. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are conducted in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency deposit options such as USDT TRC20.

Accepted deposit methods include GrabPay, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank internet banking, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that were previously used to deposit into the same account, or to a verified bank account in the Member's own name.
• umb88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms before they may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimates only; umb88 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe and shall not be liable for delays attributable to payment service providers, including GrabPay, Touch n Go eWallet, or banking institutions.

umb88 reserves the right to withhold or void any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the umb88 Platform are subject to the specific game rules, sportsbook rules, and live casino table rules displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the specific game rules expressly state otherwise.

umb88 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed after the event or round to which it relates has concluded ("late bets").
• Void any bet that was placed on the basis of an obviously erroneous price or odds displayed due to a technical error.
• Limit or restrict betting activity on any account that umb88 reasonably believes is engaged in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or exploitation of promotional offers in a manner not intended by the Company.
• Suspend or void markets in the event of match irregularities, corruption investigations, or force majeure events including but not limited to stadium evacuations, equipment failure, or acts of God.

Live in-play betting decisions made by the umb88 trading team are final. umb88 does not accept liability for losses arising from a Member's connectivity issues during live betting events.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, umb88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players using the Platform for entertainment purposes. umb88 reserves the right to withdraw promotional eligibility from accounts where bonus abuse is suspected.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal request will be approved.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net session result.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the umb88 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations, is the property of umb88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the umb88 Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the umb88 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game format.
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits to avoid detection, or any activity that umb88 reasonably suspects constitutes a financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to obtain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after a bet or transaction has been settled.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, umb88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or transmission errors.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. umb88 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform. Technical issues affecting game availability, including server downtime and third-party provider outages, do not constitute a breach by umb88.

umb88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which umb88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be referred first to umb88's customer support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by our licensing authority.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
